Forest Fly Over

Last weekend while searching for textures on the internet I found a nice set of cutout trees and a couple of videos using them together in a spectacular fly over mountains animation. I felt so inspired I decided try it myself and create a similar animation, of course I can’t compete with these talented artists but I tried my best and quite happy with the result.

MiniTuts I – hanging shirt in 3ds max

This is the first in a series of tutorials covering curious tasks in the 3d visualization industry.

In this first episode we will have a look at the cloth modifier to create a hanging shirt aswell as some subdivision surface methods.

I don’t have any especial plan in how to continue this series so please bear with me and if you have some comments, suggestions or any kind of questions I will be more than happy to aswer.

Mizar light fixtures collection

The first time I visited the website of Mizar, I was surprised by the styling of their designs, so I decided to make a collection of 3D models based on their light fixtures. I tried to cover one of each kind of interior lights avaliable in the italian brand. The 3d models fully rigged and ready to render can be purchased at my 3docean portfolio.
